"Shared Use" reduces cost for Contractors, Architects & other Partners
My "Shared Use" plan creates a sliding scale that benefits my clients in two ways: (1) the cost to each "sharing partner" is less than the base cost to a single client, and (2) each partner is granted unlimited, perpetual use rights for their company's marketing purposes. All of the major players involved in a construction project - including the owner, architect, general contractor, property manager and others - can opt in. It is a simple plan; please read the details here: Shared Use Plan

Planning for success
Timing is critical to ensure successful architecture photography. As a project comes to completion, crews are working the punch-list, furniture is being delivered, and occupants are impatient to move in. I will do my best to work around all the activity to make clean, uncluttered photos without interfering with your crew's progress. If the space is already occupied, I will work hard to minimize disruption to the occupants. Here are some planning considerations.
